Hotel Corduroy sits at the edge of the road, where Montauk starts to wander.
Previously known as Sunset Montauk, the hotel has long held a place in this stretch of town — steps from the beach, close to the marina, and shaped by the easy rhythm of the East End.
Built in 1983 and reimagined for now, we kept what mattered — the bones, the slouch, the patina of a place that’s been lived in. What’s here now is thoughtful, organic, and rooted in its surroundings. A place to drop in. A place to stay awhile.

Steps from Sunset Beach and the marina. Minutes from the renowned breaks, the white sand, the town. Close to everything, without ever feeling in the middle of it.
The Lawn out back sets the rhythm — a relaxed place to gather, hang, play, and catch the sunset. Fire pits glow after dark.
Rooms open to fresh air and ocean sounds. Life moves easily between inside and out.
